What helps me with eyeliner is a dot to dot method. If I am particularly struggling, this method helps me a lot. I first try to map out how far I want to wing to go on my eye and place a dot - I do this by looking straight on and using a mirror! Make sure you are looking straight on. From there, place a dot on the middle part of the eye. I usually use a eye pencil for this so it's less messy. Then use soft and light strokes to connect the dots and you will see the wing form. Finally, go over this with liquid liner and you're done. Mess free and easy!
