I don't think Nars do a setting spray but I would recommend their LIGHT REFLECTING PRESSED SETTING POWDER in crystal which is their clear shade so won't change the shade of your foundation

It depends on the look you are going for. Blush would make you look naturally flushed and bronzer would make you look like you have been kissed (or bronzed) by the sun, but without the dangerous sun exposure!

Well, I'd say both! If I was going for a more natural look, I would sweep a light layer of bronzer over my face to give it a bit of warmth and dimension (Nothing more unnatural than a flat, mask-like layer of makeup!) and then I'd swirl a bit of blush over my cheeks. :)
