i always use a little translucent powder on my lips before applying lipstick for the perfect matte look and it also stays longer!for the lipstick i would really recommend the nars explicit lipstick-my favourite shade is the body heat its the perfect brown colour!!
my favourite tip with someone with dark circcles-after colour correcting apply a thin layer of translucent powder and afterwards apply concealer thats not very bright and lock it up with a translucent powder again!this would perfectly hide the dark circles-ps nars has the creamiest concealer
