My Review I absolutely love this balm, it makes my lips feel really soft, smooth and hydrated with a pop of colour, It's good for any time of day. If you want minimal make-up you can wear it on it's own or underneath lipstick to keep your lips feeling their best. They come in a variety of different shades so there's a shade for everyone.
