I’ve been playing around with the NARS Afterglow Eyeshadow Palette and wanted to share my thoughts. The shades are beautiful, and I recently used it to create a soft pinky-brown eye with a touch of gold shimmer across the lid. The colours blended really smoothly and the shimmer gave just the right amount of brightness without being too much. The palette has a nice mix of mattes and shimmers, which makes it easy to build a look from day to night. What I really like is how pigmented the shadows are – you don’t need loads of product to get good colour payoff. The texture feels silky and blends well, even if you’re not an expert.
