Beautiful NARS velvet matte lip pencil shade Cruella 1.8g 15 shades I applied the lip pencil and then my lip oil . This beautiful shade gives a real pop of colour. I was amazing at how lovely the shade is ,it probably suits most people. I'm going to have to collect all these great shades. Received in exchange for an honest review from NARS community.
