I was honoured to be selected for testing the Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil in shade Cruella. I do love a bold red lip and it definitely didn't disappoint. This little crayon feels so delicate but glides on so smooth and easy with lots of pigment. It's far from drying unlike some other matte lipsticks but it sure seems to stay put on the lips. It's slightly on the darker side but still a gorgeous colour, it makes me feel powerful and beautiful. You could wear it alone, with a lip liner or even add a little gloss to make it pop. The only things I would say is that it doesn't actually seem to be transfer proof like it says but that doesn't bother me and I don't find it easy to direct it around my lips like lipliner I may use a lipliner instead for cleaner results. I was already considering buying one of these and now I'm definitely sure to add them to my collection.
