Highly pigmented

Im in love with this mini eyeliner.It goes on really smoothly and has great staying power, it lasts for hours and hours and doesn’t smudge, it is a beautiful liner which brightens/widens the look of my eyes. It's soft and super pigmented, Smooth application that is quite nice to the touch and glide.Absolutely love this eyeliner. Goes on smooth and easy. Very bold pigmented color so you don't need to go over it a bunch of times to get that bold color. Highly recommend
