Lip liner

This matte lip liner is so soft to use. It has a thick top which means I don't have to go over the outline of my lips multiple times. Being highly pigmented also helps with this. I sometimes use it on its own as lipstick as it is pretty long wearing to. It's non drying on my lips which makes it very comfortable to wear. This is shade Cruella
