Lovely Product

I had previously tried the old formula of the Velvet Matte Lip Pencil and was curious how this formula compared. The powermatte formula glides on beautifully, has high pigment and lasts a long while on the lips. I'd recommend to anyone who likes a long lasting lipstick and the Cruella shade is a beautiful red that would suit many skin tones. The only slight negative is that the product looks like it should twist up from the bottom but it doesn't, despite the plastic looking packaging you are meant to sharpen it - I haven't tried so not sure how well that would work out.
