NARS Longwear foundation & blush - is it worth it + extended wear test on oily / combination & sensitive skin
(The image attached is the appearance of the makeup i used after about 18 hours after applying it with no retouches or reapplication during the day and also no powder)
The foundation is quite pricey (especially if you have a student budget like me), however it seems to fluctuate quite a lot during the holiday season and even drop to £30, which is when I recommend you buy it. Personally, it's the best foundation I've ever used (better than Estee Lauder in my honest opinion) especially if you have super oily, combination and sensitive skin as the finish is beautifully even and somewhat matt and has a very skin- like appearance which is what i strive for in complexion products.
As for the blush, I went quite light-handed when applying as it was unexpectedly pigmented and my cheeks are naturally really rosy. I applied it in a diagonal upwards motion from just above the corner of my lips to the widest part of my cheekbones for a snatched appearance. The blush in my opinion is not as revolutionary as the foundation, to be honest, I wouldnt repurchase it.
Do you think the blush and the foundation were worth it?
