POWERMATTE LIP PIGMENT

The Powermatte Lip Pigment is a fluid pigment complex, consisting of a liquefied pigment with an infinite mattecolour saturation offering a long lasting wear. The texture of this matte lip pigment is lightweight and it feels like ink when applied to lips. The lip pigment looks shiny and creamy after immediate application on the lips. However, it dries down fast to lock in the smudge resistant and carefree wear formula.
