Review of Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in shade Cruella

So pleased to be part of the Nars Community who has received and reviewed the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil product review in the shade Cruella. The packaging is the iconic Nars stylish black brand packaging, detailing the type, colour and ingredients of the lip pencil. The pencil is wider than most and I found it easier to hold when applying. There is a pleasant perfume which reminds me of fruit. The lip liner consistency glided on easily without dragging the skin allowing for an accurate application all over the lips. I adore the deep red Cruella colour which applied easily, is highly pigmented and suited to all skin tones. Having mature skin I observed this matte lip liner gave an illusion of fuller lips without the need to overline the lips. When dry this product is not sticky and becomes transfer proof on drinking glasses with reapplication only required after a meal. In summary the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil is now my absolute favourite lip pencil and highly recommend this product. Being obsessed I can not wait to try out other shades. Thank you Nars 😍♥️💋.
