The best lip pencil!

i have never tried a lip pencil crayon before. I recieved it as part of community and it is amazing. The texture, the smoothness and the colour shade cruella, so amazing as red as it gets. it is so buildable, matte look but not at all drying and the rich vit E formula makes your lips soft and doesn't dry them out at all. the best so far.
