Just received this new mini-notorius mascara and had to try it on so I went with the day natural makeup look. I started this look by using the NARS Radiance Primer and Light-Reflecting Hydrating Primer all over my face. Then, on my hand, I mixed Illamasqua (Deity) highlighter together with NYX color-correcting concealer in light beige. Using Mykitco (127) I applied it under my eyes. Then, using an eyeshadow brush, I applied the NARS quad eyeshadow (Taj Mahal), using the lightest colour (top right) as a base colour on the entire eyelid, the bottom left in the middle of the eyelid on top of the base the the bottom right on the outer part. Then, I also added the Bourjois eyeshadow in dark grey for the outer part. The top left colour was added on the central part of the eyelid. If you wish your look to be more glittery, you could also add the Urban Decay MoonDust in Space Cowboy colour. I added the Urban Decay fine-point eye pen for on the bottomest part of the eyelid (instead of waterline). I tried this Mini-Notorious Mascara on both my top and bottom eyelashes. I really love this mascara as it helps in completing the natural look. Then, I continued by adding a bit of blusher (NARS blush 775) on the side of the cheeks towards the top. Afterwards, I put on some NARS Foundation (Gobi colour) and a tiny bit of Max Factor Miracle Pure (05 Delicate Pink) on my hand and applied this mixture on my face using the Mykitco (107). I noticed my face became whitish and so I added BareMinerals Complection Rescue tinted moisturiser (1.5) and it totally rescued my look. I added a tiny bit of NYX bronzer all over my face and finally put on the Jennifer Lopez by Inglot lipgloss (J225). My Review Posted on Nars for Afterglow Lip Balm in shade Miseducation --
I was fortunate to receive a Nars Afterglow Lip Balm in the shade Miseducation to test and review as a member of the Nars Community. I have been using this lip balm for a week and I am really loving the hydration that it delivers to the lips. The shade Miseducation is a pretty glossy cherry red colour that looks very attractive and you can wear it as subtle or as bold as desired. It really does have great build ability making it very versatile. The Nars Afterglow Lip Balm offers subtle, buildable colour with a lovely shine that lasts about 2-4 hours with normal wear. Since it's primarily a hydrating lip balm rather than a long wearing lipstick, the tint naturally fades with eating, drinking, and daily activities. However, the moisturising benefits continue throughout the day leaving lips feeling soft and smooth, and you can easily reapply to maintain the colour intensity. The sheer, glossy finish creates a natural flush that's perfect for everyday wear and easy touch ups. With multiple applications, you can achieve anything from a natural flush to a more noticeable lip look whilst maintaining the glossy, comfortable finish. The balm formula allows smooth layering without becoming heavy or cakey which is perfect for customising your desired colour intensity throughout the day. I love that this lip balm contains vitamins and oxidants as well as SPF 10 to keep the lips protected and nourished all the time it is worn. The balm is also very wearable for sensitive lips as the formula is both fragrance free and alcohol free, which helps prevent irritation. In conclusion I definitely recommend the Afterglow Lip Balm and I shall be investigating other shades in the range. Blooming Into Glow 🌸
For spring, I switch to a lighter, more glowy base; less heavy coverage, more fresh skin. I love a soft radiant finish with a touch of blush to bring that natural flush back after winter! :)

For this look, I used my NARS Multiple Stick as eyeshadow. The shade I have is Sinful, which is a brick red. I love using it as lipstick, but I've always been very cautious about wearing shades of red around the eyes. That's why for this look, I used lots of it around my eyes.
I'm wearing black lipstick for this look. A few years ago, I was invited to a Halloween party and wanted something slightly different, so I bought a black lipstick, and that was my first time trying it. Initially, I was really cautious about wearing it, in case it looked odd or didn't suit me. While it's not my everyday go-to lip colour, I love how dark and dramatic it is.
